HY Van Conversion - Elephant Juice Soup Company

Wilkinson's Latest Conversion was of a Vintage Citroën HY Van. This was fitted out to serve Soups and included many Bain maries for keeping produce to temperature.

Converting such vehicles has become one of our specialist areas. With skilled Steel Fabricators on site we have the knowledge to undertake such jobs.

The Interior was fully lined with Brushed Stainless Steel and fitted with high grade Stainless Steel Counters.

The Sign Writing was designed, produced & fitted in house. Our designer worked with the client thoughout and incorporated their logo within the sign writing.

The Ladybower Café
Wilkinson’s customer Geoff had some surprise celebrity visitors to his unit recently, Si & Dave better known as “The Hairy Bikers”.
The guys, who were in the area filming for their TV series, pulled up to Geoff’s catering van on their Harley Davidson Bikes and ordered their favourite Biker lunch “Spam & Egg”.
The Hairy Bikers had been riding the famous “Snake Pass” (A57) which has been named the UK’s best driving road by Caterham cars.
The Ladybower café is located on the Snake Pass alongside the Ladybower reservoir and comes highly recommended by Full Chatter Website which is a Biker's Website.
Please see the two links below for a review on the unit and information on the snake pass.
