If you are trading on public land you will in most cases require a food-trading license.
You can obtain one of these by contacting your local council. You will also require an environmental health certificate, which can normally be obtained from your local council, following an inspection of your trailer. You will also need a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate which can be completed at a local college or even online.
